Latency Issue Update – 15 July

After a period of much-improved latency, some players—primarily in Europe—are experiencing a return of last week's latency problems. We are reviewing posts on fan forum and the Guild Wars Wiki and relaying them to the Network Teams. The Network Teams have asked players who are experiencing latency to send a –diag report or a tracert via a Support ticket. These reports will furnish the team with extremely helpful data that team members can use as they investigate the cause of the problem and find a lasting solution.

I hope they fix it soon, cause it's really irritating! And they tell to send another -diag ticket. I did that 2 days ago.

Then keep doing it and help them track down the problem...

This is crazy. They ran me through these tests.

2.PingPlotter

3. Spychecker (Hijack This report)

3 Belarc Advisor

Now they are trying to blame it on my kaspersky anti-virus software for causing all the lag that started when the Dragon festival 2007 started. (I have Kaspersky running for 1 year and Guild Wars played fine with no lag until the Dragon festival 2007.)
